Travel costs run through finance, HR, IT and travel. Every function has its own figure. For companies with around 75 regular travellers or more, I establish in one day where those figures contradict each other. Once it is clear what needs to happen, I lead the delivery: rollouts, system changes, building a central travel function, including line responsibility for a fixed term.
I book nothing, broker nothing and receive no commission from any provider.
